Spring Awakening Retreat in Joshua Tree, California
A springtime retreat in the high desert with movement, nature, stars, connection, and so much more. This is a small retreat limited to 10 people at a gorgeous location in the high desert of California. Enjoy daily morning yoga and meditation, delicious meals, afternoon/evening activities, and plenty of free time to relax and/or explore on your own. We will join together for a spring awakening, a revival of the spirit with community, exploration, and self discovery through a variety of sacred practices led by Chrissy and Kathleen. AND we will be together for a shining full moon in Libra under epic Joshua Tree skies.
We will journey together as we explore above and below, within and without, the universe and the soul. Allow yourself this opportunity to learn, share and create in a magical location.
Relax & Receive with Lauren and Kathleen
Take some time to nurture yourself- body and soul. Relax into supported restorative postures held for longer periods of time, allowing yourself to unwind, ground, and deeply rest. Receive gentle, loving touch through thai bodywork assists while you rest in each pose. Some gentle reiki energy healing will also be offered as well as an extended sound bath savasana. Enjoy some tea with community after class.

Sunday Morning Pop Up Class
Welcome!! We will open the new space with a nourishing Sunday morning practice. We will journey together through mindful movement and stillness that is aimed to guide the practitioner towards freedom in the body, mind, and spirit. Begin your day with inspiration. This class is crafted with a delicious blend of intention setting, dynamic vinyasa, soul alchemy, and cultivation of a fearless heart. All levels welcome and we will enjoy some tea after, if you like.

Join me for the month of February to share in sacred practices to support the cycles of life.
We will meet three times per week to share in all levels mindful movement, meditation, breath, mudra, reflection, connection, and more. All practices will be live and recorded for you to keep. We will begin with the new moon in Aquarius which is also lunar imbolc. We will move and feel with the cycles of the sun and moon, we will tune into above and below, within and without. We practice to cultivate more peace and ease—body, mind and heart. And so it is.

Reiki 1 Certification with Kathleen Pizzello

Usui Reiki 1 is an introduction and initiation to Reiki energy. No experience needed, all are welcome. This class certifies students as First Degree Reiki Practitioners (you will be able to practice Reiki on yourself after this course).

Calling all creative kindred spirits! Writers, poets, and tenders of the heart flame. Join Kathleen for 6 weeks of inspired musings, gatherings, and connections. We will work with themes and prompts to inspire the dreamer and creator that lives within us all and is yearning to be expressed. We will gather weekly virtually to share, witness, and reflect. Each gathering will begin with a short meditation. We are all poets, writers, and creators. Come be who you are...it is so beautiful. Believe in your own magic. All are welcome.
