Take some time to nurture yourself.  Celebrate the new moon solar eclipse in Scorpio and welcome the darkening time of year.  Join Kathleen for a guided journey through mindful movement, relaxation, and the astral realms. This class is an alchemical weaving of above and below, within and without, the universe and the soul. You will be guided through a gentle flow that is themed with the current cosmic weather and then soften into restorative postures to nurture the body, mind and heart.  Enjoy a soak in the hot tub after class. Connect deeply to the cycles of your life, nature, and the cosmos with the support of this practice.
