The Practices

4 weeks of diverse practices including mindful movement, meditation, reflection, and connection led by Kathleen Pizzello

Join me for the month of February to share in sacred practices to support the cycles of life.

We will meet three times per week to share in all levels mindful movement, meditation, breath, mudra, reflection, connection, and more.  All practices will be live and recorded for you to keep.  We will begin with the new moon in Aquarius which is also lunar imbolc.  We will move and feel with the cycles of the sun and moon, we will tune into above and below, within and without.  We practice to cultivate more peace and ease—body, mind and heart.  And so it is.

Payment is a sliding scale $88-$133 pay what you can
